1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
You will be charged in EUR €
The delivery term for your order is approximately between 1 and 2 weeks from the day after the day we receive your order.
Please kindly note, that we can’t deliver to post office boxes.
All the orders are shipped with our couriers DHL or Fedex. Please find shipping costs here.
2. TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Italian VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the Italy and all other EU destinations.
For extra EU destinations is applaid DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as Italian VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchased items can be returned free of charge – including reduced items. If you wish to return something, please ensure the following:
Return is within 30 days of receiving your order
All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached
All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package
Return shipments must be made using the service used for original delivery
We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within two months of the return, at the latest. In case the recipient is not the same person that made the purchase, the refund will be booked onto the credit card holder’s account. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Germany, for instance, we can only accept a return from Germany. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
