DISCLOSURE NOTICE PROVIDED TO THE DATA SUBJECT PURSUANT TO THE PRIVACY CODE
Pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Code”), in relation to your personal data which will be processed, Particolare S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) hereby informs you of the following:
Types of data
The Seller will exclusively process common data (e.g. IP address, domain), with the express exclusion of any sensitive data.
Purposes of data processing
Your personal data will be processed to allow full consultation of our product catalogue and use of the other facih5ties on our official website.
Methods of data processing
Data collected directly from the data subject or through third parties that have declared to be legally entitled to pass on such data, will be processed, also with the help of computerized tools, according to the methods set forth under the Privacy Code.
Such processing consists in the operations or sets of operations set forth under article 4, paragraph 1, letter a), of the Privacy Code: the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, disclosure, cancellation and destruction of data, including data not registered in a database.
The processing will be carried out by the Data Controller and possibly also by third party supph5ers of the services, who may act as Data Controllers and/or Data Processors.
Nature of providing data; consequences of any refusal to provide data
Providing personal data for the above processing is optional and not mandatory.
In the event of failure to provide the requested personal data, or a subsequent objection to the processing of personal data already provided, we will be unable to guarantee you the use of our official website.
Data communication
Your personal data may be passed on, within the h5mits and for the purposes set forth in this notice, to pubh5c administrations pursuant to the law, as well as to third party supph5ers of goods and/or services in the normal performance and/or development of business activity.
The parties to whom the data are passed on may act as Data Processors appointed by the Seller.
In no event will your personal data be disclosed.
Rights of the Data Subject
Article 7 of the Privacy Code grants you some specific rights, including the right (i) to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence, if any, of your personal data and their availabih5ty in an intelh5gible form, (ii) to know the origin of the data, as well as the reasoning and purposes on which the processing is based, (iii) to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the block of data processed in breach of the law, as well as the update, correction or, if desired, the addition of data, (iv) to object, for legitimate reasons, to the data processing.
